R&D

We truly believe in the power of knowledge and science. Coming up with creative, purposeful and functional products has always been our forte. All our products are designed and tested at our development center in Indore by a team of young, fresh and innovative individuals who have an appetite for thinking out of the box. Their ideas are converted into reality by making use of advanced CAD/CAE software like Solidworks and Hypermesh.

Manufacturing Setup

We have 3 manufacturing facilities in Indore, each specialized in a particular set of production operations. Spread over a total area of 250,000 square feet, our production units embrace eco-friendly manufacturing practices by harnessing solar energy, using recycled raw materials and strict adherence to pollution control policies. We believe in giving back to mother earth - the green agenda of sustainability and respect for nature is what drives us. Our process capabilities included laminate cutting, pasting, drilling and finishing through advanced panel processing machines like panel saws, edge banders, and multi-bore drilling machines; light sheet-metal and tubular steel fabrication through CNC Laser cutting machines, CNC pipe cutting machines, press shop (mechanical and hydraulic presses), machine shop (drilling, milling, turning and grinding machines) and weld shop (MIG, TIG, Gas and Spot welding machines); engineering plastic molding and EPS processing through CNC injection molding. By making use of the finest raw materials, 35 years of professional craftsmanship and standard operating procedures combined with lean manufacturing principles, we are able to control the quality of products at every stage of production and ensure that our customers get nothing but the best.
