DBS-04 Board Display Stand set is the most stable and the best-in-class display aid among the DBS series of exhibition & advertisement stand sets, in terms of stability, use and handling. The structure is essentially a round tube - a floor standing leg (pole) with a provision to mount boards with the help of hinged joints (refer images). Usually, a 2x3 Feet (60cm x 90cm) pin-up display board or white-board in portrait orientation (you can change the board size or orientation based on your requirement) is mounted between a pair of legs. An array of such leg-board-leg sets can then be formed by connecting one set to another with the help of hinges (as shown in the images) and the boards can be utilized for various branding, advertisement and promotional activities.

The hinges are essentially Nylon bushes with a male female design with the male part having a steel pin, about which the female part rotates freely. The male part is screwed into the boards with the help of nutserts (plastic inserts) that are provided in the package and the female parts is screwed into the steel legs directly. The hinged joints allow you to bend an array in any direction and thus form the exhibition/display layout of your choice. You can refer the drawing (see images) for more ideas.

The stand is manufactured from prime quality cold rolled steel tubes that are epoxy powder coated in Black color with satin finish, which enhances the visual appeal of the product along with its durability. DBS-04 consists of a solid cast iron base that gives extraordinary stability to the stand and prevents it from shaking or toppling under small jerks, thus making it the the most popular display aid among the users of such products.

Material: Prime quality CRCA steel tubes with in-house injection molded virgin ABS end caps and buffers. Hinges are manufactured from 30% Glass-filled Nylon with insert molded steel pin for a life-long application.

Color: Satin-finish epoxy powder coating in Black color with matching plastic parts and hinges. Standard colors available for pin-up boards (display boards) are Red (Maroon), Blue and Green.
