The writing surface is essentially a Green HPL sheet that is crafted by us specifically for writing with chalk. Through a profound knowledge of surface engineering and 35 years of experience, we offer a chalk surface that has the maximum readability and erasibility with minimum glare (reflection) i.e. one can easily read whats written on the board from any angle or viewpoint. The surface roughness of the sheet is precisely controlled so that clean and continuous lines of chalk are formed when writing, giving a perfect contrast and enhanced clarity to the viewers. It doesn't stop at that, our special purpose chalk sheets have proven to have the minimum consumption (and noise) of chalk while writing, which means you can write more and more for less.

The Chalkboard frame is manufactured from extruded Alloy Aluminium 6063-T6 which is anodized in a seamless Matte Silver finish for a long-life and a professional look. HCHB consists of thin aluminium sections, making the board lightweight, handy and portable without compromising with its strength or durability. Built-in sliding hangers provided in the frame allow hassle-free mounting of the board in portrait or landscape direction on any wall.

A suitable core (EPS/Paper HC/Particle Board/MDF) with our patented, state of the art gluing technology makes the boards 100% warp-free, 100% scratch-resistant and 100% flat. Virgin ABS injection molded corners are smartly riveted into the frame to provide a rigid all round support to the board along with a pleasing appearance.
